Scope (Australia) Ltd and its related group entities, including subsidiaries and joint ventures (Scope, we, us, our) is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information and is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and where applicable, other State and Territory privacy legislation and health records legislation, as well as the confidentiality and privacy obligations imposed by the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (Cth).

The personal information we collect about you when you use the NDIS Planning Tool will enable us to provide you with a report of your needs and provide you with our disability support services.
